The iPhone search warrant and related documents have been unsealed (txt)
A pretty gripping read: the story is pretty juicy, including a trail of "hidden" evidence, a roommate who tipped off Apple (a correct move, in my opinion), spontaneous statements and Miranda warnings (giving me flashbacks of Evidence in the bar exam). From the affidavit, Hogan comes out of this looking very bad - setting aside the legality of it all, he had bad ethics and terrible judgment. Also, as a general note - if you're questioned by a cop like Hogan and Warner were, shut the hell up and get your lawyer.
