Google Translate now with transliteration (web)
I just noticed that Google Translate now has a "type phonetically" function. You can type in an English transliteration (where you spell out the sounds in english letters), and it will convert it into the relevant foreign characters/letters. It works at the moment for Arabic, Persian and Hindi.
