TomTom for the iPhone 3GS released 
The pricing is stupid. The iPhone app is $100. The car kit is $120 (for some plastic and a charging cable - they don't even provide an audio out cable). That's $220. I can get a pretty decent standalone GPS with louder volume and a bigger screen for that price. And Google is doing their app for free.
