Justice Clarence Thomas has not asked a question in a case for the last two years

That's fascinating - I always suspected a judge could get away without asking questions... didn't expect it to happen up at the top level though. Well, at least they still have eight judges interrogating counsel with questions. That's still one more than we have in Australia.
