Steve Jobs Stanford Commencement Speech 
MP3 format. It's a good, simple, interesting and clear speech. I had to look this up, but a commencement speech is the speech given at graduation (it's called the "occasional speech" at UNSW, but they rarely are as interesting as Jobs').

Hmm doesnt seem to work for me when I try unzipping the files with winzip?
Hmm, yeah the guy who runs the site has zipped it up using a Unix tool, so you can’t use Winzip to unzip it (you need a tarball extracter). Oh well, there is a text transcript underneath the download links you can read instead (click “toggle to view the speech in its entirety”).
I downloaded the .mp3 version and winrar on windows xp unzipped it fine.
