Make torture legal, say two academics 
An article by two Deakin professors stirs a major controversy. I recently cited one of Bagaric's articles in a BA1 research essay where he argued that directors, even independent ones, should hold shares in companies to improve corporate governance. That article was quite compelling. This one is like poking a beehive with a stick.
