Waiter saves customer with Heimlich manoeuvre 
Then bitches on blog about only getting a 10% tip. Turns out customer was a doctor. Not that I want to make too big a deal about this, but if a doctor dining at the restaurant had saved another customer who was choking, I don't think he'd be expecting any money... but why does it still feel like he should have tipped the waiter more?
