Ever had Kobe beef? It’s pretty dang tasty! I had a plate of it at Mikuni here in Roseville, the plate was called “Roadkill.” I saw Kobe Beef in its description and decided to try it because we were out celebrating anyways. The meat came out and my dad was agape. I knew not to expect much, so I wasn’t all too surprised to see about a dozen slices of meat no bigger than 1″x2″. They were seasoned with ginger and barely cooked. Heck, I think the squid sushi I had eaten earlier was more cooked. But dang, it was tasty! And I got some sympathy points from dad for “not having enough on [my] plate,” so I took some of his teriyaki chicken.
